The Haakaa fruit teat and freezer cover set is the perfect solution to safely introduce your baby to new flavors without the risk of choking.  Our fruit teat is made of 100% food-safe silicone and is more hygienic, durable and easier to clean than mesh alternatives. The disadvantage of these is that they are incredibly difficult to clean and can crack, harbor bacteria and absorb odors. Our fruit vacuum cleaner, on the other hand, is super easy to assemble and use! Simply place fruit, vegetables or meat in the silicone bag and close it tightly. You can also freeze ice-cold treats directly in our fruit vacuum cleaner. To do this, simply put the leak-proof lid on the bag and fill it with liquid (e.g. b. breast milk or pureed food) into the bag, assemble the feeder, put the lid on and freeze it! After freezing, all you have to do is remove the lid and you can let your child go on a journey of discovery! Your child will enjoy learning new flavors and textures while encouraging independence, learning to feed themselves, and improving hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Characteristics The feeder is made of 100% silicone and is therefore safe for your baby to chew and suck.  Soft silicone bag with small holes that only allow small, digestible pieces of food to pass through.  A leak-proof lid is included so you can freeze perfectly sized ice-cold treats right in the feeder.  The feeder can be stored upright using the feet on the lid.  The attachment on the lid makes the bag easily accessible for cleaning/filling.  Easy to disassemble and clean - no room for bacteria to multiply.  The structured bunny ears on the other side offer variety for little hands.  BPA, PVC and phthalate free. Cleaning and care Please wash the fruit teat before and after each use. Although it is dishwasher safe, we recommend washing it in warm, soapy water. Do not use bleach-based cleaners or tablets to sterilize or clean this product. To sterilize, use a steam sterilizer or boil the product in water for 2-3 minutes. Silicone can absorb the colors of foods it comes into contact with. To avoid discoloration, it is best to wash the fruit teat immediately after use. Danger Check regularly that the product is still completely intact and replace it if it shows any signs of damage. Do not store the item near sharp objects.  Only use soft sponges or brushes with soft bristles for cleaning (hard bristles or sponges can damage the surface of the silicone) This is not a toy. Only use the item for its intended purpose.  Store the item in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.  Use only under adult supervision.  Do not refreeze thawed breast milk, porridge or other foods.
