How to use your breast pump: 1. Sterilize the pump in steam or boiling water for 2-3 minutes. 2. Place the "suction cup opening" on the chest, the nipple should be nicely centered in the middle. 3. Slightly squeeze the pump so that it creates a suction effect. You may have to adjust the position of the pump a little so that it fits securely and comfortably. 4. As soon as the milk flows, you don't have to do anything more. Just let the pump do its job! 5. When the pump is full, empty the milk into another container and place it again. Tips: The milk flows better if you place a warm cloth on your chest or if you massage it lightly. Only use soft sponges or brushes with soft bristles for cleaning (hard bristles or sponges can damage the surface of the silicone). If the pump comes into contact with dishwashing detergent, the silicone can turn white. This is not a toy. Use the pump only for its intended purpose.
