Do not use harsh agents such as sterilizing tablets or bleach. Sterilize the Haakaa silicone products in a steam sterilizer or by boiling them in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Also, do not use UV sterilizers as they will shorten the lifespan of the products. Danger: Check regularly that the product is still completely intact and replace it if it shows any signs of damage. Do not store the item near sharp objects. Only use soft sponges or brushes with soft bristles for cleaning (hard bristles or sponges can damage the surface of the silicone).
