Noble white chocolate 35% with raspberries and blossoms, with raw cane sugar

Our edelweiß chocolate has a very delicate taste and is only moderately sweetened with natural, unrefined raw cane sugar. The best basis for white chocolate is: best cocoa butter, raw cane sugar and milk powder. We refine these natural ingredients with almonds, apricots, raspberries and edible flowers. Raw cane sugar is made from sugar cane. This tropical grass plant grows in tropical climates and grows up to 7 m tall. The sugar cane is pressed, the resulting juice is thickened and seeded with sugar crystals. Sugar crystals are formed, which are then still brown because molasses is adhering. These sugar crystals are washed once with water, centrifuged off and dried. The light raw cane sugar is produced.
