HÄPPYSNÄX

A small village in the Ukraine: It's summer and sweltering hot. I'm ten years old and I'm sitting high up in the tree. In the shade of the leaves I help my grandma to pick apricots. All ripe, juicy and sweet fruits. Half ends up in your mouth, we wash the other half together. We then split the fragrant fruit in half and dry it on the garage roof. It takes a week before we can collect our natural dried fruit in large jars to store them for the winter.
Sun drying is the oldest method of preserving food naturally. Unfortunately, the method has fallen into oblivion. Wrongly!

All my products are dried (dried) and preserved in my small factory in Hamburg at 42 degrees Celsius. They are 100% natural, industrial sugar free and vegan.

Due to the gentle drying, which lasts at least 18 hours, many vitamins and nutrients are retained. The quality of the HÄPPYSNÄX products is the same as the fresh, natural ingredients.

Back to the roots, back to nature - that is my personal goal and that is also the goal of HÄPPYSNÄX.
