Our hedwig London Dry Gin is a tribute to our nature. Crystal clear, intense in taste and made in small batches. Our gin impressed the jury of the prestigious International Spirit Challenge (ISC) in London and was awarded in 2022. With just 5 botanicals that express the great outdoors, an incredible taste experience. How can a London Dry Gin taste so floral with only 5 botanicals? We use the low-firing process under vacuum at 38 degrees C.
