100% tomato puree (5kg of tomatoes for 1kg of puree). This organic passata will enhance your different dishes in sauce, your pasta and your pizzas. It can also be the basis of your tomato juice. Suitable for the vegan diet. This organic tomato sauce is produced from pulpy tomatoes, originating in central Greece. These tomatoes are harvested by hand then pressed and drained. In order to capture their taste and freshness, they are pasteurized the old-fashioned way directly in the jar.
