Once harvested, the vegetables are cleaned and prepared just a few kilometers from the fields. Then, our processing partner puts them in jars in the Gers. This makes it possible to develop local products and limit travel. • A controlled sector and recipe. Omie corn is 100% traceable, from the producers' field to being placed in jars. It is grown by Terres du Sud farmers, then washed and prepared in their factories. Then, they are put in jars at Vergers de Gascogne.
