The zucchini and peas are French and labeled Biopartenaire. 

This guarantees remuneration of farmers at a fair price, transparency of the partnership on agricultural, commercial, social and ecological issues (protection of the soil, biodiversity, climate). The parmesan is organic and PDO. 

This implies that the animals are mainly fed with fodder and cereals produced on the farm or in the region. 

It can come from the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emila, Modena, Mantua, Bologna, located in the North of Italy. •Organic garlic that comes from Spain and not China. 

Today, due to a question of price, almost all the garlic in market products comes from China. 

However, we chose garlic from Spain and organic, the price of which is twice as high as this.
