Which is unique in the chocolate world! 

This allows total traceability on the beans, and on the funds returned to cocoa producers.   The cocoa in our chocolate comes from cooperatives which ensure fair prices for producers in order to guarantee them independence. 

Many social projects are financed using an equitable approach: access to drinking water, improvement of schools, or even women's support programs. •Agronomic programs for forest-friendly production in organic farming. 

Local cooperatives commit to and finance agronomic programs for sustainable cocoa production using sustainable development funds. 

Cocoa is produced in organic farming and agroforestry to preserve the harmony of the forest. 

Among the actions of cooperatives we can list: reforestation plan, distribution of ecological fertilizers, protection of biodiversity, as well as preservation of water resources. •The secret of this creamy texture? 

The chocolate is kneaded for 72 hours in a traditional conch machine. 

Our chocolate does not contain any emulsifier. 

It is kneaded 3 to 6 times longer than chocolate with emulsifier.
