Our Ketchup recipe is cooked in Provence using a majority of French ingredients, without additives.   We work on the taste by incorporating 74% tomatoes grown in the fields, organic beet syrup from Haut de France instead of white sugar. 

Tastier, it is also less processed than classic sugar and contains more minerals and trace elements.

At Omie, we support the production of organic French tomatoes grown in open fields. 

We obtain our supplies directly from a group of 50 farmers in Provence. 

Part of the production can also come from another group of around fifteen farmers in the South West, depending on the quantities harvested.   This is not trivial when we know that a large part of the tomatoes present in market sauces and jars are grown in greenhouses or imported from Italy or even China, which is the second largest producer in the world. •French organic onions that do not come from China. 

Today, due to a question of price, almost all of the onions in market products come from China. 

Le Coq Noir chose an organic onion from Spain whose price is twice that of China.
