Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn Gin

Brand new for the spring of 2023 is our Strawberry and Pink Peppercorn Gin. We’ve used loads of fresh strawberries and bashed up pink peppercorns to create this beautiful expression. Bottled at 40% ABV it is perfect with ice, tonic and a strawberry garnish. The flavour and colour are totally natural and there is no added sugar. At it’s base is our classic London Dry in which we have then steeped (technical term is compounded) the berries and peppercorns for a very precise period of time.
