The mustard in our mustard honey is gently cold ground in the traditional way and not de-oiled. This means that its valuable content is preserved. With its slightly hot and sweet taste, mustard honey can be used in many ways: whether in dressing, with cheese or for a particularly crispy baked chicken. Handcrafted in a small mustard factory in Hamburg.
