Infusion - Verbena

Verbena is the plant to have on hand. Historically “sacred herb” or “sorcerer’s herb”, verbena is attributed with magical virtues. Mainly relaxing, it soothes and promotes a return to calm. It will therefore be useful in case of agitation, period of stress or for a moment of break during the day. It is also digestive and improves menstrual pain.
