Joint project by Urfaust, Ván Records & Hoos London Gin.***ONLY 6 BOTTLES FROM A BATCH THAT DOESNT EXISTS *** Overall, Teufelsgeist is quite clearly structured and goes through various taste phases when brewed on its own. A sweet, fruity start that turns into fresh aromas. The sharper mint leads to the spicier notes of pepper and cinnamon blossom. The second half consists of earthier notes such as cardamom and angelica root. Lavender brings a short, floral twist before the smoky lapsang and juniper linger on the finish. Teufelsgeist is coordinated with classic Indian Tonic and therefore works in a complex and clear way. Mediterranean tonic focuses on fruit and sweetness, dry on the more bitter notes and juniper.
