Welcome to Hormscent, your favorite online destination for candles and rustic mini bouquets. My name is Pattra and it is such a pleasure to have you here in my colorful and vibrant world. Are you ready to brighten up your home and create your own oasis of relaxation? At Hormscent you will find all the tools that you need for your own little heaven! I’d love to share more about my own journey so that you get to know me a little better and step into my creative and fun world. My mother had her own bakery, and she taught me from an early age to express my creative side. Before I started a family I was a chef, running my own small businesses and I'm crazy about food.
I've managed to turn the hard days in my life into positive ones by channeling my energies into bespoke and unique products. I've been making Waldorf inspired dolls for 2 years and now turned my focus towards candles and creating unique textured candles. I've selected beeswax because they are produced by nature, and they clean and purify the air of pollutants. I've noticed that there wasn't much variety in the patterns of beeswax candles. New textures are an ongoing development with new ideas constantly popping into my head. I've combined these textures with pantone colours, using dried colour pigments to obtain both amazing colours and textures. The mini bouquets wrapped with scented wax paper were inspired by daily walks in our local park which has a lovely rustic wild flower garden. I realised that using dried flowers, you got the longevity of their beauty as well as their intense aromas. My daughter is my inspiration, watching her grow everyday makes me want to succeed and bring my ideas from my thoughts into real life joy!
