It is fair trade made in Nepal from hand-spun and woven cotton. The pillow is decorated with a labyrinth. The image is applied with a block print. With the sturdy handle you can easily carry the pillow with you. The filling of buckwheat hulls provide optimal support to the spinal column and are moisture-regulating and grounding. The fabrics are woven by women in a workshop, which provides jobs for women who find it difficult to find work elsewhere (e.g. they employ about 10 deaf women). In the Netherlands, the poufs are filled with buckwheat hulls by people who gain work experience at a reintegration company.
