Extra Iberian salchichón is a typical Spanish sausage made with lean Iberian pork and bacon, seasoned with natural spices (mainly black pepper, nutmeg, oregano and sometimes cloves). Curing: between 3 and 6 months, in natural drying rooms, which gives it its characteristic bouquet.
