Acorn-fed Iberian ham comes from Iberian pigs, raised in our pastures, fed with acorns and natural pastures, during the montanera period and cured by hand in natural drying sheds. Piece of 7 kg approx. originally from Salamanca, Spain. Healing: Minimum 48 months.
