Organic Tandoori mix - 40 g

Our organic Tandoori mixture is handcrafted on our premises. It is through a fair process that we select the spices that make it up from small farmer cooperatives.     From organic farming (ECOCERT certification).     The red color of our mixture is due to the presence of paprika and not coloring powder as is often the case.     Use: Tandoori is in fact the name of the earthenware oven used in North India to prepare many dishes typical of this region.     “Tandoori chicken” is the best-known recipe, but cubes of non-melting cheese such as feta or tofu can be prepared in the same way. It involves marinating pieces of chicken or tofu or cheese in a mixture of yogurt and tandoori spices before grilling them in the oven.     Ingredients: Sweet Paprika, Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Mustard, Ginger, Black pepper, Nutmeg, Pepper.
