This summer berry specialty has a unique taste because it is made with an extraordinarily high amount of fruit and contains less sugar. Produced in Italy, on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines near Florence. 

Each jar is made with handfuls of our favorite summer berries: wild blueberries, strawberries and blackberries. ANDsimply top quality organic fruit pressed into a jar, with nothing else added. 

No added sugars. 

Without added preservatives.   Of artisanal quality, it has a purely sun-ripened fruit flavour. ANDdelicately cooked in small batches using organic fruit sourced primarily from local orchards.   More than 100g of berries are used to make 100g of our summer berry specialty; which is double the amount normally used in traditional jam and preserve recipes.   Using an innovative technique, the organic fruit is gently cooked at low temperatures to help protect the vitamins, minerals, fiber content and flavour. 

Unlike the traditional way of preparing jams and preserves, which destroys their goodness with boiling heat.   The range was created by founder Rebecca Ravera as a healthier option to enjoy for breakfast. “Enjoy your meals!”
