THE BIG KIKOI A kikoi (also kikoy, kanga, sarong or pareo) is originally an East African men's wrap skirt. The word kikoi or kikoy means "a piece of cloth with fringes". This large yet lightweight cloth is ideal as a large Pad for the pool or the park, but also in the living area e.g. as a throw or tablecloth.
