Standard Starter's Kit (Black Sealer + Multicolor Refill)

For those who are new at sealing. A Standard RE-Sealer, made 100% of recycled materials and combined with a 28 Set Refill! A great starter set to explore the possibilities of Innoseal, without the high commitment. The black bag closing dispenser is made of tape and the paper recharges, the spoke wheel, the break and the knife holder and it is pre-loaded with a set of Refill, that consists of 1 roll of tape and 1 roll of paper. The bag closing machine has a slot of 6 mm, which allows you to close 70% of the bags. It opens effortlessly and changing the Refill is very easy. The bag Sealer is rust-free, so safe to wash by hand or in the dishwasher, and it can resist frost, heat and humidity. The Innoseal closure is unique because is made of tape and paper together. The Refill consists of 28 sets of tape (PVC-free) and paper (28 rolls of tape and 28 rolls of paper), where each set seals approximately 900 bags. That’s over 25.000 bags sealed with ease. The seal is easy-to-open, the words “Twist and Pull” give the instructions how to open it without using knives or scissors. It is also reclosable, this reduces waste and ensures you a safe closure of the bags. You can easily see any tamper attempts by checking if there is a rip in the paper (tamper evident). The closure is airtight to keep the products always fresh and it is swallow-safe if it is ingested by mistake. The Refill has 7 colors available among which you can choose. The Refill (RECHARGE) is available in Multicolor: 4 times 7 colors (Black, Brown, Blue, Green, Orange, Red, Yellow), to better organize the stocks, to accommodate HACCP and to control FIFO . Additional Information How to refill a Innoseal Sealer? 1. Open the Sealer. Position one hand on the top of the Sealer and place fingertips under the lid. Lift up and pull forward. 2. Change the Tape Roll. Load the Tape with the sticky side up. Thread the Tape through the opening above the Spoke Wheel, and temporarily stick the Tape to the top of the casing. a. Caution! The Tape can only be loaded one way, so if the lid does not close, the tape roll must be removed and reversed. 3. Change the Paper Roll. To load the Paper, assist the end of the Paper roll into one of the Spoke Wheel ports (via the passageway). To make sure it fits in the Spoke Wheel port, turn the Spoke Wheel a half-a-click. 4. Turn the Spoke Wheel. Before you can use the Sealer, turn the Wheel until you hear a full click (counter clockwise). The Wheel now has grip on the Paper. a. Caution! The first seal (and sometimes the second) will be lost as the tape & paper adjust their alignment, if you do not have a Paper &Tape seal by the third attempt, retrace the above steps 5. Seal on! How to wash the Sealer? The Bag Closing System can be easily cleaned by hand with a saturated wipe or water. It can also be washed in the dishwasher worry-free. Always remove the tape and the paper cores, the spoke wheel, the break and the knife holder from the Sealer. Please note: The color swatch is merely an estimation of the Refill color.
