Round raffia rug in bright yellow and blue – 200 cm

Round rug, 200 cm in diameter, made of raffia, hand-woven by Albertine from the Rouge Beauté association. A strong, contrasting model that brightens up a room with its bright yellow and blue tones. Each raffia rug is unique! Each craftswoman imagines her rug and the colors that will compose it. She does the raffia coloring herself. Once the raffia is dry, she creates a long braid, which she continues by adding strands of raffia and wrapping this braid around itself as she goes. That's why rugs are round. It takes about 3 weeks to make a 2-meter diameter carpet.
