Round raffia rug with blue, green, and yellow stripes - 200 cm

Round rug, 200 cm in diameter, made of raffia, hand-woven. This large model combines bright tones of golden yellow and navy blue which bring light and contrast. Each rug is unique! Each craftswoman imagines her rug and the colors that will compose it. She does the raffia coloring herself. Once the raffia is dry, she creates a long braid, which she continues by adding strands of raffia and wrapping this braid around itself as she goes. That's why rugs are round. It takes 3 weeks to make a 2 meter diameter carpet.
