Our roaster takes care of almost every bean. She doesn't use big machines where the coffee is cooked on a chain. It follows ancestral processes that give our coffee a real flavor. You will quickly feel the difference! A full-bodied, well-bodied and digestible coffee to accompany you throughout the day. Its fragrance is pronounced, leaving a fruity taste on the palate but without excess.
