The first step is the choice of green beans, depending on their origin. These are then cooked in several stages: drying, thermal shock, desiccation, temperature rise, caramelization, first crack, final cooking phase and cooling. The taste! Our roaster takes care of almost every bean. She doesn't use big machines where the coffee is cooked on a chain. It follows ancestral processes that give our coffee a real flavor. You will quickly feel the difference! This type of coffee blend is ideal for desserts. It is round and "sweet" with a very pronounced scent. There is an aroma of chocolate with a note of dried fruit. ( Body: 3/5 - Acidity: 3/5) Although you can order it ground or in beans, we favor a 500g packaging which, in our opinion, is the best compromise to keep the coffee aromas intact.
