Lagar del Soto is a superior category extra virgin olive oil produced with olives from olive trees in Northern Extremadura. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with the native Manzanilla Cacereña variety. Our crops, both traditional and dryland, belong to the biodiversity conservation area. This EVOO combines all the benefits of Extremadura olives with chemical-free, cold-pressed production.
