It has an extremely malleable creamy soft consistency and very weak crystallization, which facilitates its handling in culinary tasks. The natural honeys from forest flowers collected by our bees have unique qualities, so it is advisable to take them directly, savoring them in the mouth for as long as possible before ingesting them.
