Medium degree of crystallization. To preserve all the benefits that lemon honey can bring us, it is advisable to ingest it directly, savoring it in the mouth for as long as possible. To make it more manageable in those cases where it is preferred diluted, it is recommended, at best, to heat it in a "bath-marie" at a temperature that never exceeds 40º to maintain its qualities to the maximum.
