The broom is a natural polyfloral honey from the libation of nectar and pollen by bees, on the flora of an extraordinary miscellany of wild spring plant species, among which the stately Retama sphaerocarpa (Retama) predominates. Its color is variable, covering a wide range of tones (from slightly golden light amber to reddish brown). It has a very pleasant sweet flavor with light salty tinges and an extremely delicate intense farinaceous aroma. It crystallizes very slowly in the form of fine crystals. Broom honey has unique properties, so if we want to preserve all the benefits it can bring us, it is advisable to ingest it directly, savoring it in the mouth for as long as possible.
