All the manufacturing stages of our hams are carried out manually by passionate artisan refiners. Our "Landrace" pigs (pink pigs) are raised in the wild in the Catalonia region of Spain. It is an artisanal production, numbered and limited. We salt the hams by hand with sea salt. The reserve ham is matured for 24 months and will be delivered to you deboned for simplicity.
