Gazpacho of Ancient Tomatoes from Provence

The tomatoes and cucumbers making up this juice come from the “Les petits Cailloux” farm, in Rognonas.   All the ingredients are simmered over low heat for long hours. This gazpacho is very balanced in aroma with a dominance of pepper.
