Apricot Nectar from Provence

Le Jardin des Papes Jus revalorizes apricots from a farm located in the Baronnies (26). This terroir is renowned for its production of Apricots, the clay-limestone soils allow a perfect balance between acidity, flavors and sweetness. This year, apricot producers in the Baronnies lost 80 to 100% of their production due to hail. A pockmarked fruit will have the same flavor but will have an appearance that does not meet the specifications of the 1st category. This is why we selected these fruits in particular.
