ORANGE WINE “LES VINS PIROUETTES” - FRANCK’S STANDARD

Grape variety: Gewurztraminer Macerated for 6 days then slow pressing for 14 hours. Aging takes place in stainless steel vats for 14 months. Maceration on this grape variety, from a classified Grand Cru hillside, gives the wine a racy and complexity. Sweet spices, present tannin. The result is a delicious UFO!
