Our artisans cultivate organically, biodynamically or permaculture. They limit chemical inputs, only sulphite, in low doses, is used by some people and a lot of common sense.
Rather than being attached to a word (nature, natural, living, clean or healthy, etc.), Juicy is attached to a goal: discovery, pleasure, sharing around a table.
Two areas to discover: Le Clos des Jarres in Minervois and Vins Pirouettes, a collective of Alsatian winegrowers!
