My name is Simone, I am a boy from Genoa who made a choice, to follow his dream. And so, I left my job, made up of schedules, offices, a big city and my apartment, and I moved to a very small reality in lower Piedmont. In just a few years I learned a lot, the techniques, the differences between the vines, how to recognize the strong vines and those that need treatment. I also learned how to work in the cellar, how to decant, bottle and label. The days had changed, I followed the time dictated by nature, and no longer that of the clock. And so I continued to improve myself year after year, more and more, learning from those who have always done this job, understanding what the vines communicate to us through their leaves, their colours. I began to understand those little tricks that allow grapes to grow healthy and, consequently, produce healthy and genuine DOC wines, worthy of ending up on the tables. In the following years, I took a gamble: creating my own cellar, producing my own wines.
Today, thanks to this choice, I have managed to bring these productions to national and international tables, a sign that the fruit of my work is also appreciated outside the Italian borders.
