The first refers to an art form (techne), a know-how which, proceeding by trial and error, leads to the creation of a unique product with attention to the smallest details. The second strives to link that know-how to a constant and growing environmental, social and economic well-being, with the aim of leaving a dignified quality of life to future generations.
An artisanal wine is not just an object, but a piece of life of whoever made it. It contains heart, soul and time. If produced sustainably it is also hope for the future.
For us, wine must convey emotions trying as much as possible to escape standardization. And in doing this it must have no faults.
We prefer rock'n'roll to funky. We prefer common sense to dogmas and absolutisms.
