The name Cubulteria is inspired by an ancient Samnite and then Roman city that stood in the Volturno valley about two kilometers north of Alvignano in the province of Caserta.
A territory still intact and rich in history where the natural beauty is striking and where a multitude of small artisans coexist, who through ancient crops and local traditions create products of excellence, the result of centuries of workmanship and passion. A mixture of knowledge handed down from generation to generation in combination with the versatility of a territory that gives unique characteristics of its kind both in terms of agriculture and breeding. In fact, it is precisely from this extensive area that excellent products emerge such as Aglianico and Pallagrello wine, various types of cured meats and dairy specialities.
So it was that we decided to found our company in order to commercialize a variety of local products increasingly appreciated nationally and internationally. However, the offer had to have a precise characteristic: craftsmanship.
We started a close search for handcrafted products with the intention of selecting only those with unique and distinctive characteristics so as to be able to represent them all through a single brand that expressed the essence of our territory and acted as a guarantee of quality: CVBVLTERIAE VITAE.
Indeed, Cubulteriae Vitae is a tribute to our origins and a symbol of our aptitude for the discovery and rediscovery of hidden worlds and experiences that deserve to come to light. Small treasures of taste that have remained unknown for too long.
With a heart towards tradition and a look at the present, our mission finally comes to life: to offer craftsmanship and uniqueness online through traditional hand-crafted food products. All this is possible thanks to the enhancement of small local businesses that still produce in a completely artisanal way.
