Tenuta Chiaramonte is a unique company in the oil panorama for several peculiarities that distinguish it, and our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, in its variants. The company is the result of deep passion and dedication.
Tenuta Chiaramonte boasts a dominant position on the splendid Irminio Valley in the Province of Ragusa, a ""breathtaking"" panorama overlooking the Mediterranean Sea just a few kilometers away, 99 hectares of totally organic cultivation, 16,000 olive trees with traditional rows, 7 cultivars (including dominate Tonda Iblea and Moresca), state-of-the-art structure and oil mill, controlled temperature cell and silos in stainless steel under nitrogen, bottling area, manual harvesting with very careful selection of the olives in the field to guarantee only the highest quality of the product.
We produce high quality, organic Extra Virgin Oil because we believe in nature and in the return to origins, we believe in the properties of true Extra Virgin Olive Oil, in a market that is now more competitive than qualitative, but with a vision and a timid return to origins. We want to educate people in the use of our oil, to make them understand and know its characteristics and exceptional health properties, making it clear that ours is a completely and absolutely artisanal product.
