Amnesia - Gavi DOCG

Wine produced in a few municipalities in the Gavi area, in southern Piedmont. Versatile and eclectic, always available to bring joy and light-heartedness to the table, it is an extremely pleasant white, obtained from 100% Cortese grapes and vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It is a white that goes well with everything: with land and fish appetizers, with fresh cheeses and goat cheeses, with fish and land first courses. If you want you can also combine it with white meats.
