The Arneis called with its Latin name "VINUS RENEXII" or "VINUS REVESIJ" was planted by the Roero counts, originally from the Lower Monferrato, in the Langhe in the 15th century. It is a native Piedmont vine with very fragrant but not aromatic white grapes, also called by the name white nebbiolo or bianchetto. As a wine it is drunk easily but very expressive, it manages to amaze with elegance and sensuality. The D.O.C. (Controlled Designation of Origin) "Langhe Arneis" obtained in 1994.
