Catarsi - Barbera d'Asti DOCG

Barbera d'Asti "Catarsi" is the result of excellent work in the cellar and even more of a very suitable soil from which the grapes are born, located at about 250 - 280 meters above sea level, rigorously harvested by hand. steel at a controlled temperature and mature in steel barrels at a controlled temperature, followed by a further 6 months of refinement in the bottle. The result is a wine with marked vinous and fruity notes, with a hint of light spice, very enveloping and fresh on the palate. Its long persistence allows it to be paired with fairly structured dishes, such as a risotto with meat sauce or a second course of meat or game. The grapes, 100% Barbera, come from vineyards located at about 250-280 meters above sea level.
