A FAMILY HISTORY
The Trois Orris estate is a family affair. The two brothers have been collaborating on this project since 2016, both fell in love with this exceptional place. While Xavier uses his energy to make their wine known beyond the surroundings of the estate, Cyrille, dedicated to the wine-growing world since 2014, is committed to bringing this place to life and keeping an eye on the grain on the plots. Over the years, he learned the daily gestures of the winegrower and transmitted his values to his son who has now joined the farm workers in their meticulous work.
The Gaubert brothers have set themselves the task of building a human structure, where the synergy of collective work is valued. They know how essential each player in the field is. Within the team, everyone assumes their role with interest and passion. Each task is carried out with rigor, each gesture with precision, with the sole motivation of producing a wine that reflects this cohesion, a wine for sharing.
