URBAN WINERY IN BORDEAUX
In the Darwin area, dive into the world of our urban cellar - the Micro Winerie.
Our idea: to demystify the world of wine, by bringing the place of production to the place of consumption, to make possible immersion in the wine-making process.
Artisan winemaker, it is our curiosity and our passion for the production of living wines that leads us to create atypical blends.
We draw our inspiration from our partner winegrowers in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards. We go even further, by harvesting grapes from Madiran in Angers, to create new modern cuvées, with unique profiles resulting from our mastery of the vine and our expertise in the cellar.
An ethical and sustainable commitment:
• Environmentally responsible viticulture: organic and biodynamic
• Harvest by hand
• Living wines with minimal inputs
• All bottles are returnable

Throughout the year we offer various workshops to discover the different stages of wine tasting and production. Visit the cellar, with explanation of the winemaking process; taste our cuvées and the wines being vinified; or become a Wine Maker for a day and make your own wine!
