Before being master pasta makers and millers, we are farmers and that's what makes the difference! In our company in Tuscany we produce pasta, stone-ground flours, cereals, legumes and wine, all organic!
We have decided to invest in the reorganization of the supply chain to guarantee the sustainability of native crops, integrating all phases of the cereal production chain within the company, in perfect balance between tradition and modernity!
We grow ancient cereals which we stone-grind in the company mill, obtaining flours and semolina used for the production of artisanal pasta drawn in bronze and dried slowly and at low temperatures.
