Apulian culinary tradition and ingredients of excellent quality, this is the mix that gives life to the products of Pastificio Centoni, thanks to the vast experience gained in the field. A specific vision that allows the company to identify itself perfectly in its products that stand out for their originality and quality. Thus, our basic philosophy is authenticity. We aim for it through careful and meticulous search of the best raw ingredients. Indeed, we use the best 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, with an extraction value that does not go beyond 30%, the use of advanced technologies and the traditional recipe of "family pasta".

Pastificio Centoni was founded in Apulia, all around the world for the production of fresh artisan pasta, such as the famous "orecchiette". Centoni provides the most authentic experience with its choice of traditional and special types of pasta. The slow drying at low temperature and the bronze die offer typical roughness that allows to retain the sauce.

Flavored pasta was born from the idea of "experimenting with tradition". To the more classic shapes we have combined special flavors, such as squid ink, or special flours such as burnt wheat.
