In 1996 we started processing and transforming one of the main fruits of the Calabrian mountains: the chestnut.
With the intention of making the most of the fruit, we have always selected the best local chestnuts, so as to be able to provide a quality final product.
Although chestnuts remain our core business today, over the years we have dedicated ourselves to the processing of various raw materials.
All the products in our range are of high quality, addressed to an attentive clientele, looking for foods that are healthy and genuine but tasty at the same time.
We try to provide this union thanks to the combination of particular flavors and the use of a refined packaging, which involves the use of labels with natural recycled paper and hand-drawn watercolors.
The manufacturing process is done without the use of dyes or preservatives, in order to preserve the organoleptic properties of the raw materials (only fresh Italian seasonal fruit).
The use of modern equipment also allows us to create different formats, so as to satisfy the ever-changing needs of our customers.
We firmly believe in the importance of biodiversity and environmental protection; in fact almost 80% of our production range is certified organic.
