Biscottificio Belli srl was founded in 1958 as a small family-run company aimed at producing traditional confectionery products such as the famous '' Cantuccini '' and '' Amarettini with almond ''.

Over the years, while keeping its recipes unchanged, the company expands and manages to consolidate its business by carefully investing in technological solutions to improve its production processes, currently exporting to over 40 countries around the world.

In particular, the company's flagship product is enhanced: the Cantuccino Toscano with almonds, made according to very strict recipe parameters which include a strong presence of precious raw materials inside, with special attention to the almond content and butter.

The dedication with which Biscottificio Belli srl pursues its mission of offering the authentic Tuscan Cantuccino is such as to lead the company to want to strongly protect this product from those who distort its salient features with inappropriate recipes and outside the logic of tradition.

The ideal culmination of this initiative was the IGP certification of Cantuccino Toscano at the community level.
