ZEYSSOLFF was founded in Gertwiller in Alsace in 1778. The ZEYSSOLFF family has been producing Alsace wine for 11 generations.
In 1997, Yvan ZEYSSOLFF took over the family business. And since 2018 she is fully in organic conversion. The first organic cuvées will see the light of day in 2021. The House produces the 7 Alsace grape varieties (Riesling and Gewurztraminer among others), a fine range of Crémant d'Alsace as well as the rare Klevener de Heiligenstein and some curiosities such as the famous Pinot Gris Pink.
The House owns plots of vines in geologically different terroirs, which allows it to create distinctive wines. The Domaine has an exceptional cellar with around twenty large, century-old oak casks.
